After replacing my psp case to a black one, I realized I had an issue, my left shoulder button would not function, and after attempting to rectify (Yes I went there) the issue, I accidentally popped off the black switch to the backlight and lost it. Everything functions on my psp except for the backlight and the shoulder button, if anyone can assist me on this matter it would be greatly appreciated. I realize that the reason my backlight doesn't work is because of the fact the cable cannot be clamped into place, but if anyone has a suggestion to replace or "Macgyver" the switch, I would be very pleased.

Last I recall, your supposed to open your psp in a Sterile environment..... meaning.....

an Air Tight/Dust free/Anti-Polluted (and recomended with gloves) area.

Even a Yoctogram of dust can mess with ANYTHING on your PSP.
