Can anyone make me a ctf of SNSD's the Boys?

Hello, I tried making my own but I am having a difficulty in finding the right tools plus I don't have enough time and this is my first time.

I would like to ask if anyone can make me a CTF for SNSD's the Boys. Anyways, I have an already edited video of what I like for the gameboot. I just don't know how to make it into a gameboot. For the main menu, I would like the Cube style thing, the one that contains 6 pictures that rotates when loading.

I made the gameboot however I do not know how to make theme's so you'll have to ask someone else for that.... good luck with that!
