How to play PSX game on PS3?

I have a psx game and i want to play it on PS3..
Do any of you know how? ::wacko

2.) Navigate to Game on xmb
3.) Launch Disc
4.) ???
5.) Profit.

No, but seriously, just stick the game in, it should work.

That's the problem.. I don't have the original game disc.. I only have the EBOOT.bin of the game..

So you don't have a psx game... You have a download...

Unless you have CFW on your PS3, which I doubt, you're SOL dude.

Psx eboots on ps3 still are in work anyways so even if by some slim chance you're on 3.55CFW, you're still screwed for the time being.

Yes, you can downgrade if you're on 3.72, no, its not easy. You gotta open your system and do some soldering in order to downgrade, and I highly doubt you're willing to do such a thing.
