flash0 themes or whatever requires you to flash some of your PsP's resource files or .rco's which has a chance of bricking your PsP.

cxmb or whatever uses the cxmb.prx to install custom themes without flashing your psp. which has no chance of bricking or whatever.

today, people use cxmb. there is no use for flash0 or whatever. done.

Also if I'm not mistaken, Flash0 theme's will load without the need of a memorycard...

flash0 are root files for the software on your PSP (XMB and firmware iirc).

CXMB is just a plugin that allows you to customize your XMB without fucking up your flash0 files (and without possibly bricking your PSP).

Always go with CXMB. Editing your flash0 files shouldn't be necessary at all.
