I have the old PSP-1000 as my main PSP right now mainly because its the most versatile, regarding hacking and so on, but I am planning on getting a PSP-2000 for its TV out capabilities. I am kinda liking the PSP go but only considering getting one once it gets hacked. It is a disadvantage that the usb port isn't mini usb anymore, they could at least give it a micro usb, and that it uses a M2 slot instead of the old pro-duo (they could have at least given it a SD or micro SD slot). However it's portability and the fact that it has no UMD drive... Its almost the perfect PSP! but it does have drawbacks, but if it does get hacked it will be on the top of my wishlist for this Chritmas.

Costs too much.
Can not play UMD.
Downloadable games cost as much as UMD games, and they don't come with a fancy box and manual.
Fragile.
Well, I'd never trade my PSP-1000 for any other psp in the first place. xD

personally I think the psp go looks very ugly compared to the 1000,2000, and 3000 models. Adding on to that is a system in which doesnt really do more than any of its other models, in my opinion the psp 2000 is the best

psp 1000 and 2000 are the only ones worth having in my opinion, go is just a waist of money why buy the go and repurchase all my games? i dont mind carrying umd disc with me not a big deal its not like there the size of regular disc, i dont understand why they waisted their time making the go it was a total waisted effort they should have just made a dual analog psp 2 or ps2p or something worth making, maybe one day they will

The PSP Go is cramp city and has no umd drive. PSP 1000/2000 are better to hold on to and have so much more capabilities and are way more durable. Sony screwed up and I hope they get their faces rubbed in it.

I would prefer PSP-2000 rather than PSP Go.... my only reason is that the PSP Go has slider that divides the controls from the screen... I just compare it with cellphones that the most durable phone was the screen itself actually attached to the phone and me myself has a cellphone that was a slider.. damn it was really breakable that nokia 3315...

I'm definitely a fan of the older psp. No small screen, no having to re-buy all my old games, yeah that's reason enough for me.
Of course some games coming out now you can't actually get on UMD, bleh.
